For the proper product dosage of, for example potato or egg-pancake mix we supply portioning elements with a high supply rate. As a result the production line becomes more and more fully automated. To save costs and heavy manual labour we have developed a patented turning and pick-up station enabling product to be turned and taken off the machine when cooked. A further step to fully automation. 

Whether potatoes, carrots or other bulbed fruits or vegetables, everything is peeled cleanly. Optimal peeling with a minimum of waste coupled with high production performance are the strong points of the HOJA peeling machinery.
